Kids’ Club recently visited Tarrytown’s Neighborhood House where the JCC’s program for teens with disabilities, “Keeping It Real in The Neighborhood,” takes place. Friday nights are “Drop In” nights when approximately 15 Sleepy Hollow High School students, both typical and disabled, come to a simulated apartment to share dinner, a movie, games, friendship and fun in a warm, welcoming, supervised setting. Kids’ Club is proud to support this excellent programming offered to teens through a collaboration of the Shames JCC on the Hudson and the Tarrytown School District.
