The Tarrytown Recreation Department’s Village and Tot Camps thankfully are running again this summer! After last year’s pandemic cancelation, it is a welcome return to summer fun for over 100 local children from pre-kindergarten through sixth grade. The campers gather at picturesque Pierson Park and Tarrytown’s Senior Center each week throughout July and two weeks in August for games, entertainment (including a DJ, magician and The Sandbox Theater Company), sports (including tennis and basketball), arts and crafts, playground time and swimming. Kids’ Club is happy to be supporting this much needed fun by providing a grant for camp scholarships.
