With the school year coming to an end, a new group of graduating seniors from Sleepy Hollow High School will be getting ready for their next academic adventures. In a typical year, Kids’ Club would be inviting you to our annual Breakfast for Bedding event, asking you to bring a bedding set for select seniors and helping us celebrate the achievements of hard-working students like those in the photo above (from last year’s Breakfast). But, in these unusual times when gathering in person isn’t possible, we must adapt our plans while still supporting the students who need us now more than ever.
This year, we are asking you to please donate an e-gift card(s) from Amazon or Target so that first-generation college-bound and other select SHHS seniors may purchase dorm bedding and/or other school supplies themselves online. Kindly purchase e-gifts cards in the amount of $25 or $50 and please email your e-gift cards to kidsclubttsh@gmail.com* by June 10. We will coordinate their delivery with the Guidance Department, which will identify appropriate recipients and distribute the e-gift cards to them along with their diplomas and awards in late June.
