“My Love for You Keeps Growing and Growing” was the Valentine’s message spread at the Tarrytown School District’s AFHT Family Literacy program this week. “V” was the letter of the week, and hearts were the focus, as children engaged in nursery rhymes, stories, songs and crafts, while building their pre-literacy skills. This Kids’ Club supported program runs weekly at John Paulding School, three nights per week, supporting a total of about 90 families looking to improve the literacy skills of their young children, and providing a community network.
